Superior Home Designs, is a family run drafting business based in Lake Macquarie with over 30 years experience in the building industry. Having been in the industry for as long as we have, we know the building codes and standards extensively. We service Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Mid North Coast, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Central Coast.

Style and practicability need to be present through out all elements of your modern, yet family friendly home. We’ll assess your site and take the time to listen to your needs and wants. These discussions also give us an idea of how you use your home. We will then brainstorm suggestions and solutions with you before getting started. We will also advise you on all the certifications and reports your local council will need to approve your build. We can help you with as little or as much as you need.
